Reports say that a 31-year-old Thornton man was arrested after causing a crash that injured a 71-year-old driver.

Authorities say that the man traveled eastbound on Ralph Henning Road and failed to stop at a stop sign at State Route 195. As he entered the roadway, a southbound vehicle on SR 195 struck the driver’s side of his car.

Officials say that the 71-year-old driver suffered injuries and was transported to the hospital.
