1 Detained after Kent DUI Accident on Kent Black Diamond Road

 
KENT, WA (August 6, 2020) – Tuesday night, authorities arrested a driver after a fatal three-car crash on Kent Black Diamond Road.
 
According to the King County Sheriff’s Office, a man in his 50s succumbed to injuries in the multi-car crash on Kent Black Diamond Road and 160th Avenue SE.
 
Meanwhile, the police arrested the causing driver for allegedly driving under the influence.
 
Furthermore, the authorities revealed that responders transported seven other people to local hospitals in stable condition.
 
The surrounding area on Kent Black Diamond Road was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since reopened to traffic.
 
The crash remains under active investigation.
