Dodge Driver Injured in Deadly Crash on 240th Street E [Lancaster, CA]

Lancaster, CA (September 7, 2024) – A Dodge Ram driver was injured in a deadly vehicle crash on 240th Street E early Friday morning.

The fatal vehicle crash happened around 5:20 a.m. at the intersection with Avenue O.

Officers said a Chrysler was traveling north on 240th Street East while a Dodge Ram was traveling south. 

The Chrysler crossed the center line and collided head-on with the Dodge Ram.

The Dodge driver incurred minor injuries and was transported to Antelope Valley Medical Center while the Chrysler driver died at the crash scene.

Investigators withheld the deceased’s identity pending notification of kin.
