Disastrous Single-Vehicle Crash on 7000 Berta Road Injures 1 [Humboldt County, CA]

1 Person Hospitalized in Humboldt County Auto Accident on 7000 Berta Road

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, CA (April 9, 2025) – Saturday afternoon, a disastrous single-vehicle crash on 7000 Berta Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 1:39 p.m. near the 7000 block Berta Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Dodge Ram 1500 lost control for still unknown reasons and crashed into a tree.

Moreover, Humboldt Bay Fire rushed to the scene and extricated the driver of the Dodge who was trapped inside the wreckage. Then, paramedics rushed the driver to a hospital with major injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified. 

Due to limited information, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
