SACRAMENTO, CA (January 1, 2024) – Monday afternoon, a disastrous pedestrian crash on Fruitridge Road and Dewey Boulevard injured 1 person.

Emergency crews responded to the crash at about 5:45 p.m. on Fruitridge Road and Dewey Boulevard.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), a woman was struck by a vehicle in the area and sustained major injuries. She was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
