1 Person Airlifted after Disastrous Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 15 and Bear Valley Road [Victorville, CA]

Injuries Reported in Victorville Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 15 and Bear Valley Road

VICTORVILLE, CA (April 16, 2025) – Tuesday afternoon, a disastrous multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 and Bear Valley Road.

The incident involving a white box truck, a Schneider semi-truck and a white Chevy pickup happened at 2:59 p.m. It occurred on northbound Interstate 15, south of Bear Valley Road.

Aerial images show the box truck, operated by “Currency Ambitious Trucking,” with catastrophic damage to its cab, trapping the male driver inside.

Victorville firefighters extricated the driver around 3:50 p.m. Mercy Air then flew him to a trauma center, where he was listed as an “immediate” patient.

A white Chevy pickup was found in a drainage ditch with significant rear-end and windshield damage. Its driver was listed as a “delayed” patient.

The driver of the Schneider semi-truck was not injured, though the trailer’s rear doors were visibly damaged.
Northbound lanes were impacted, backing up traffic from Bear Valley Road past Main Street. 

CHP is still investigating the cause.
