Lubbock, TX (October 16, 2025) — 28-year-old Deziree Combs and 25-year-old Dawson Baker sustained injuries after a motorcycle crash just after midnight Wednesday in south Lubbock.

According to Lubbock Police, the shocking crash happened near 135th Street and Indiana Avenue.

Reports say that Combs was found with serious injuries and Baker with moderate injuries. Both were transported to University Medical Center for treatment.

Authorities reported that the motorcycle was heading south on Indiana Avenue when it veered off the road into a grassy median. The rider lost control, causing the vehicle to crash.
