1 Dead in Pleasant Hill Auto Accident on Taylor Boulevard and Grayson Road

PLEASANT HILL, CA (January 28, 2025) – Monday morning, a driver died in a devastating traffic crash on Taylor Boulevard and Grayson Road.

The incident occurred at about 9:42 a.m. at the intersection of Taylor Boulevard and Grayson Road.

A black Kia sedan and a grey Kia minivan collided, with one of the vehicles overturning, though police did not confirm which one.

The driver of the minivan sustained major injuries and later died at the hospital, while the driver of the black sedan suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Authorities are withholding the identity of the deceased driver pending family notification. The roadway, which was temporarily closed for the investigation, reopened by 1:25 p.m.
