1 Person Hospitalized in Clearview Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 9 and 180th Street SE

CLEARVIEW, WA (May 23, 2023) – Sunday afternoon, a devastating traffic crash on Highway 9 and 180th Street SE injured one person.

The incident happened at around 1:15 p.m. on Highway 9 and 180th Street SE.

According to reports, a Toyota Sienna minivan crossed into the left turn lane to 180th Street SE from southbound Highway 9 and collided with a Honda HR-V crossover SUV in front of it. Then, the force of the crash knocked the SUV into the minivan.

Moreover, responders transported the minivan driver, a 79-year-old woman, to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, officers arrested the minivan driver, a 61-year-old Snohomish man, on suspicion of DUI.
