YUBA CITY, CA (February 29, 2024) – Wednesday morning, a devastating speeding crash on Colusa Highway and Rocca Way.

The incident occurred at about 8:00 a.m. on Colusa Highway and Rocca Way. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the involved vehicle, a Toyota Rav4 on fire.
