1 Dead in Pacoima Auto Accident on 118 Freeway and N Haddon Avenue

PACOIMA, CA (July 4, 2024) – Wednesday afternoon, a devastating rollover crash on 118 Freeway and N Haddon Avenue.

The incident happened at about 4:40 p.m. when a vehicle overturned on the 118 Freeway and came to rest in the 10900 block of North Haddon Avenue, near Fielding Street, said the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Reports confirmed that one individual was ejected from the vehicle and subsequently transported to a hospital, their condition is currently unknown. 

Meanwhile, another person, trapped within the mangled wreckage, required extrication by emergency personnel but was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
