YUBA CITY, CA (February 29, 2024) – Wednesday morning, a devastating fiery crash on Highway 20 and Rocca Way killed 1 person.

The incident occurred at around 8:00 a.m. on Highway 20 and Rocca Way.

Meanwhile, the evidence found at the scene determined that a Toyota Rav4 was driving east on Highway 20. Then, it crashed into a light pole on the southeast side of the intersection.

As a result, the speeding SUV caught fire. Meanwhile, the driver was transported to a hospital with major injuries.
