MONTEREY PARK, CA (October 25, 2023) – Monday night, a devastating 2-vehicle crash on 60 Freeway and South Atlantic Boulevard killed 1 person.

The incident happened at 11:24 p.m. on South Atlantic Boulevard and the westbound 60 Freeway.

When the California Highway Patrol officers arrived, they located the victim and the two damaged vehicles, a box truck, and a gray Toyota Camry, blocking several lanes of the freeway.

Then, responders declared the victim dead at the scene.

Also, the crash strewn glass across several lanes of the freeway.
