HIGHLAND, CA (August 7, 2019) – A deputy sustained injuries in a car collision on Palm Avenue on August 3.
 
The incident happened about 2:00 p.m. on Palm Avenue and 9th Street that injured a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy.
 
The sheriff patrol SUV and a blue sedan sustained major front end damage. In addition, responders transported the deputy by ground ambulance to an area hospital in unknown condition.
 
The circumstances of the collision are still unknown or whether the deputy responded to an emergency call during the collision.
