Motorcyclist Dead in Sacramento Auto Accident near May Street and Bell Avenue
SACRAMENTO, CA (November 2, 2022) – Monday night, Denzil Ollen Broadhurst died in a police vehicle crash near May Street and Bell Avenue.
The incident happened at around 8:10 p.m. near May Street and Bell Avenue in the city’s Robla neighborhood.
According to the Sacramento Police Department a motorcyclist and a marked police vehicle collided for still unknown reasons. Also, the vehicle was en route to a call for service involving a felony in progress with emergency lights and siren not activated.
Moreover, responders rushed the motorcyclist, 61-year-old Denzil Ollen Broadhurst, to a hospital where he later succumbed to injuries.
Furthermore, officers asked anyone with information about the crash to call the Sacramento Police Department.
