San Bernardino, CA (November 11, 2020) – Early Tuesday morning, 41-year-old Demetre Peterson died in an hit-and-run accident on East Third Street.
 
Apparently, a witness notified the police at about 3:47 a.m. regarding a man covered in blood, lying near Third Street.
 
Moreover, the accident occurred at North Waterman Avenue, between Allen Street and Lugo Avenue, said San Bernardino Police.
 
Indeed, authorities revealed that Mr. Peterson walked in a low-lit area at the time that a car hit him.
