Deena Romero Ramos Dies, Passenger Injured in Road 9 Northeast Crash [Moses Lake, WA]

Moses Lake, WA (August 10, 2021) – On Saturday, 19-year-old Deena Romero Ramos of Othello, died, and her 19-year-old female passenger, suffers injuries in a solo vehicle crash on Road 9 Northeast.

Investigating officers said Ramos was driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla when the road ended. However, she continued driving on a private gravel driveway and lost control on a turn.

As a result, her vehicle went airborne. The front of her vehicle struck the ground and rested on its roof. 

The authorities pronounced Ramos dead on the scene.

Meanwhile, rescuers rushed the female passenger to hospital with non-fatal injuries.
