Motorcycle Rider Dies in Traffic Collision on Doe Avenue
Las Vegas, NV (September 13, 2022) On Monday afternoon, a 29-year-old motorcyclist died after a motorcycle accident on Decatur Boulevard.
Authorities say that the fatal traffic collision happened around 4:50 p.m. at the intersection with Doe Avenue, near Oakey Boulevard.
Reports say that a southbound red 2021 Kawasaki 400 motorcycle collided with a silver 2005 Chevrolet Silverado turning left onto Doe Avenue.
Paramedics transported the motorcyclist to University Medical Center’s Trauma Unit and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Meanwhile, police say that the Chevy driver stayed at the scene and was not exhibiting signs of impairment.
LVMPD is investigating the incident and have not released additional information at this time.
