Studio City, CA (April 20, 2025) – A deadly traffic crash on Highway 134 early Saturday morning claimed the life of an unidentified driver.
According to authorities, the fatal incident happened at around 3:15 a.m. at the 101 interchange in Studio City.
Reports say that the fatal collision shut down the eastbound lanes of the 134 Freeway.
Authorities say that a white sedan struck the center divider near the Vineland Avenue exit and caught fire.
Emergency responders pronounced the unidentified driver dead at the scene. Authorities suspect multiple vehicles may have been involved, though the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
CHP reopened the freeway around 8:30 a.m.
