Livermore, CA (March 20, 2023) On Sunday evening, a pedestrian accident on Interstate 580 resulted in a fatality.

Authorities say that the fatal auto-pedestrian incident happened at about 9:20 p.m. on westbound I-580 at the Isabel offramp.

First responders found 2 people down on the road, after an apparent collision with a vehicle. Officials pronounced 1 victim dead at the scene.

CHP says that reports came in regarding an altercation between passengers and an Uber driver at the Isabel offramp.
