Deadly 2-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 80 Claims a Life [Reno, NV]

Reno, NV (July 20, 2023) On Wednesday morning, a 2-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 Westbound left a person dead.

According to the Nevada State Police (NSP), the fatal traffic accident on I-80 Westbound near Patrick happened around 7:15 a.m.

Reports say that 2 vehicles collided near Mile Marker 27. One of the vehicles rolled over and the driver of said vehicle died at the scene.

The collision prompted officials to close the right lane at I-80 Westbound and Patrick.

NSP is investigating the fatal traffic accident and has not released further information at this time.
