David Morse Arrested in DUI Solo-Car Collision on Highway 20 at Highway 29

 
UPPER LAKE, CA (April 2, 2019) – Police arrested a 44-year-old man for DUI following Saturday’s solo-car accident on Highway 20 at Highway 29.
 
According to news reports, a local tow truck operator found 44-year-old David Morse asleep in his vehicle.
 
The California Highway Patrol reported that moments prior, the 44-year-old man failed to negotiate the roundabout at Highway 20 and Highway 29.
 
Subsequently, his 2014 Chevrolet Cruze hit the concrete raised portion of the roundabout while traveling westbound and came to a stop on top of the roundabout.
 
Shortly after, the tow truck operator assisted the Witter Springs man from his vehicle. Officers arrived soon after and arrested Morse on suspicion of driving under the influence.
