San Jose, CA (July 10, 2020) – On Wednesday, 25-year-old Darryl Hernandez died in a pedestrian crash on Meridian Avenue and Foxworthy Avenue.
 
The fatal accident happened at around 8:34 a.m. while he was attempting to cross the intersection.
 
Paramedics arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
