According to the investigators, Leonard Forbis, 42, from Reno, NV, was driving an eastbound 2001 Subaru Legacy, at an unknown speed, east of Sierra Springs Drive.
Deborah Castillo was Subaru’s right front passenger. Danna Forbis was seated in the left rear seat and was not wearing a seatbelt.
Reports say that the Subaru crossed the solid double yellow lines that separate the east and westbound lanes.
