KERN COUNTY, CA (January 25, 2021) – Thursday night, authorities arrested Fabian Garcia after a DUI crash.
 
Moreover, the South Taft crash happened around 7:30 p.m., on General Petroleum Avenue.
 
According to reports, authorities booked 29-year-old Fabian Garcia into Kern County Jail around seven hours after the collision.
 
He received charges with felony counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol of .08 or greater.
 
The CHP revealed that Garcia drove a Honda Accord that hit two parked vehicles on General Petroleum near Pico Street.
 
Afterward, he drove south before he stopped against a fence and another vehicle on the 200 block of General Petroleum.
 
Then, the firefighters and paramedics treated Garcia and his passenger, Daniel Hernandez Garcia, at the scene. Meanwhile, a helicopter later transported the male passenger to Kern Medical with major injuries.
 
Moreover, a ground ambulance took Fabian Garcia to Kern Medical for treatment, and was later released.
