PETALUMA, CA (November 1, 2022) – Saturday morning, authorities arrested Daniel Bagley after a DUI crash on Ely Boulevard South and Casa Grande Road.

The incident happened at around 5:20 a.m. at the intersection of Ely Boulevard South and Casa Grande Road.

According to reports, a gray BMW lost control and struck a redwood tree in the intersection roundabout. Then, the BMW driver, 48-year-old Daniel Bagley fled on foot after the crash.
