2 Hurt in Fresno Auto Accident on Highway 99 near Highway 180
FRESNO, CA (May 7, 2023) – Saturday morning, a crippling two-vehicle crash on Highway 99 near Highway 180 left two people injured.
The incident happened on northbound Highway 99 near Highway 180.
According to reports, a Honda rear-ended a truck for still unknown reasons. Then, a motorcycle collided with a tow truck that pulled over to help the first crash.
Moreover, responders transported the 28-year-old Honda driver to Community Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. Also, the motorcyclist sustained injuries in the collision.
Furthermore, authorities said that the Honda driver is suspected of DUI.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
