GUY, TX (October 12, 2023) – Tuesday morning, authorities reported injuries after a crippling school bus crash on Texas 36 South and FM 1994.

The incident happened at around 7:00 a.m. at the intersection of Texas 36 South and FM 1994.

According to Superintendent Curtis Rhodes, two vehicles collided in the area for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed one of the vehicles to collide with a Needville ISD school bus.

As a result, authorities reported no major injuries in the collision.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the female driver of the bus and three students were not hurt in the incident.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
