VENTURA, CA (January 5, 2025) – Wednesday morning, a crippling pedestrian crash on Plaza Park injured one person.

The incident happened at around 10:00 a.m. in Plaza Park.

According to Cmdr. Sarah Heard, a patrol vehicle accidentally ran over a homeless woman who was lying on the ground.

Moreover, responders transported the woman to Ventura County Medical Center with minor injuries.
