KANSAS CITY, MO (April 10, 2025) – Wednesday afternoon, a crippling motorcycle accident on 20th Street near Grand Avenue injured 1.

The incident happened at about 1:30 p.m. on 20th Street near Grand Avenue.

A gold minivan was heading west on 20th Street and attempted a left turn onto Grand Avenue when it collided with a Yamaha moped traveling eastbound, according to Kansas City police.

The moped rider, who has not yet been identified, was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
