1 Person Hurt in San Antonio Auto Accident on Northwest Loop 410 near Bandera Road
SAN ANTONIO, TX (November 25, 2024) – Saturday night, a crippling hit-and-run crash on Northwest Loop 410 near Bandera Road injured one person.
The incident happened at around 7:00 p.m. on Northwest Loop 410 westbound near Bandera Road.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, a Dodge Ram veered off the roadway and rear-ended a parked Hyundai Santa Fe. Then, the driver of the Dodge Ram fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Moreover, responders transported an occupant of the Hyundai to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Furthermore, officers managed to locate and arrest the driver of the Dodge Ram for failure to stop and render aid causing serious bodily injury.
The events leading to the crash remain unclear at this time. The public will be notified when additional information becomes available.
Due to limited information, the SAPD continued investigating the crash.
