WILLITS, CA (February 18, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on Highway 101 near Mile Marker 41.76 injured 2 people.
The crash involving two vehicles happened at around 4:31 p.m. on Highway 101 near Mile Market 41.76 at Ridgewood Summit south of Willits.
After the crash, one vehicle fell into the ditch and the other vehicle ended up on its side in the southbound #2 lane. Officers said that debris was in the roadway and traffic, both north and southbound, was moving slowly.
Meanwhile, an ambulance took two patients to the hospital. Also, the #2 southbound lane was closed.
