TORRANCE, CA (May 30, 2023) – Sunday night, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on Del Amo Boulevard and Prairie Avenue injured 1 person.

The incident happened at 11:07 p.m. on Del Amo Boulevard and Prairie Avenue, said Torrance police Lt. Cody Charley.

According to reports, the impact of the crash between two vehicles ejected one driver. As a result, the driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital for further treatment.

Also, the crash led to the closure of Del Amo Boulevard at Prairie Avenue for about an hour due to a power line possibly severed from a utility box struck during the crash.
