38-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Car Accident on Highway 243 in Grant County

 
GRANT COUNTY, WA (April 29, 2020) – Early Monday morning, Cricelia Zepedaacevedo was killed in a car accident on Highway 243.
 
According to reports, 38-year-old Zepedaacevedo was traveling north on Highway 243 near milepost 5 in a Grand Prix Pontiac. There, she veered off the road, overcorrected, and drove across the centerline. This led to the collision with an oncoming Silverado Chevrolet.
 
The impact left Zepedaacevedo with fatal injuries. Meanwhile, the Chevrolet driver, 31-year-old Verlyn Coulson, was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center for further treatment of injuries. However, there has been no update on her current condition.
 
The surrounding area on Highway 243 was blocked off for about five hours during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since reopened,
 
As a result of the damage sustained, towing services were later requested. Authorities have not yet disclosed further details. Once available, more details will be given.
