Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Union Street Kills Aurora De La Cruz [San Bernardino, CA]

San Bernardino, CA (May 30, 2023) On Saturday afternoon, 69-year-old Aurora De La Cruz of San Bernardino died after an auto-pedestrian crash on Union Street.

According to the San Bernardino Police Department, the fatal traffic accident happened around 2:45 p.m. at the intersection with Mount Vernon Avenue.

Reports say that a vehicle hit De La Cruz at the intersection, medics transported the victim to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where she ultimately succumbed to her injuries and died at the hospital at 3:26 p.m.

San Bernardino Police Department is investigating the fatal traffic accident.
