Bioisinetta Sams Arrested after DUI Crash on Rankin Road in Houston
Houston, TX (May 19, 2023) – Early Friday morning, two men died, and one woman sustained injuries in a DUI crash on Rankin Road.
The fatal auto-pedestrian crash on Rankin Road in Houston happened around 1 a.m. on May 19.
According to HCSO, the group was walking in the westbound direction when a black Chevy Tahoe truck struck them.
The driver, identified as Bioisinetta Sams, continued down the roadway but returned to the scene.
According to deputies, a man in his 20s passed away at the scene, a man in his 40s was taken to the hospital but later died, and a woman in her 20s was sent to the hospital with broken bones.
Authorities issued a blood warrant and charged Sams with driving while intoxicated.
Further investigation into this crash is ongoing.
