12-Year-Old Hospitalized after Crash on Ludington Drive in Houston

Houston, TX (October 18, 2023) – Wednesday evening, a 12-year-old sustained injuries in a crash on Ludington Drive.

This happened just before 5 p.m. on Ludington Drive, which is near Fondren and W Bellfort Ave. 

According to Houston police, the driver of the vehicle was an elderly man traveling with his four grandchildren. At some point, the grandfather lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the house. Neither the grandfather nor his grandchildren were injured.

EMS took the victim to a hospital. “She’s talking, and she’s at the hospital right now,” police said.

As for the family who lives in the house, they’re just thankful things didn’t turn out worse.
