Houston, TX (October 20, 2023) – Thursday night, a man died in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 45.

Houston Police said the deadly incident occurred off the North Freeway at Little York.

According to investigators, a man was traveling in an Uber on I-45 when he began arguing with the driver. He then allegedly asked the driver to stop and let him out of the car.

He then tried to cross the feeder road but was struck by another car before he could cross the road.

Furthermore, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver who hit the man reportedly drove away and did not return to the scene until an hour later.
