VENTURA, CA (February 16, 2021) – Monday afternoon, a crash on Highway 101 and Thompson Boulevard sent a vehicle into a backyard.
 
The crash happened on northbound Highway 101 near the junction with Highway 33 just before 3:00 p.m.
 
Meanwhile, the Ventura City Fire officials revealed that a vehicle went into the backyard area. This is located near Tony’s Pizzaria in the 100 block of East Thompson Boulevard, west of Figueroa Street.
 
According to firefighters, two occupants of the vehicle didn’t suffer any injury. Also, information from the area stated that the vehicle overturned and landed on its roof.
 
Meanwhile, another vehicle that is possibly involved in the crash stayed on the freeway. However, the driver had walked to the backyard area and was uninjured.
 
Moreover, the Ventura Police Department officers also came to the scene to assist.
