RICHMOND, CA (July 20, 2021) – Early Tuesday morning, Courtney Bell suffered injuries in a pedestrian crash near San Pablo Avenue.
 
The incident happened at about 4:45 a.m. A silver SUV struck and injured a man near San Pablo Avenue and Solano Avenue. Also, a surveillance video captured the incident. Moreover, after the crash, the SUV continued driving and failed to stop at the scene to render aid.
 
Then, a concerned citizen found him and reported the incident to the police.
 
Furthermore, the crash left Courtney Bell with injuries. Also, he needed assistance breathing, has multiple broken ribs, a broken femur, collapsed lungs, and malfunctioning kidneys.
