Conrad Duenas Killed, Federico Avina Arrested in Ehrlich Road Fatal Crash
Stanislaus County, CA (January 16, 2024) – A 46-year-old motorcyclist named Conrad Duenas, of Modesto, was killed following a Crows Landing Road collision Saturday night.
The fatal collision happened around 7:55 p.m. at the intersection with Ehrlich Road.
CHP officers said a 48-year-old man, Federico Avina of Patterson, driving a Chevrolet Silverado did not yield to yield the right of way and struck the motorcyclist.
As a result, the victim was ejected from the motorcycle and rested under the car.
Later on, the authorities arrested the driver for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Officers withheld the identity of the deceased pending notification of kin.
