Bakersfield, CA (January 28, 2023) On Friday morning, a CHP motorcycle officer suffered injuries after a traffic collision on Coffee Road.

Reports say that the SUV-motorcycle crash happened at about 11:45 a.m. at the intersection with Rosedale Highway.

Bakersfield PD says that a northbound SUV driver failed to stop at a red light and struck the eastbound officer who had the green light.
