BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 17, 2020) – A 60-year-old man Bakersfield man died in a car accident on Merle Haggard Drive on January 9.
 
The Kern County coroner’s office identified the victim as Clifford Vance of Bakersfield.
 
Reports revealed that Clifford Vance drove a vehicle that crashed with another vehicle on Merle Haggard Drive, east of Wings Way.
 
Responders took him to Kern Medical where he died the next day.
