LAS VEGAS, NV (December 12, 2019) – A 51-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident on Craig Road on December 9.
 
The incident happened at about 8:15 p.m. on just east of Craig Road and Rainbow Boulevard. Responders transported Christopher James D’elia to a nearby hospital but later succumbed to death.
 
According to LVMPD, investigators think that a blue 2000 Chevrolet Blazer traveling east on Craig Road approaching Jadestone Avenue when it hit Christopher James D’elia walking across the street.
 
The Chevrolet driver fled the scene and didn’t stop to help. Meanwhile, a passerby reported the incident to the authorities.
 
Meanwhile, responders took Christopher James D’elia to UMC where he died.
 
The authorities revealed that the Chevrolet driver, Oscar Rios Ley, came back to the scene and has been booked on suspicion of failure to render aid.
