Charles Needs Struck and Killed by Vehicle in El Cajon

 
El Cajon, CA (November 10, 2020) – On Thursday, 53-year-old Charles Needs died in a pedestrian accident on the southbound lanes of State Route 15.
 
The fatal accident happened at about 5:25 p.m. near the El Cajon Boulevard off-ramp when the victim was hit by cars.
 
Apparently, Needs was walking on the roadway when multiple vehicles struck him.
 
Responding paramedics arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene due to multiple blunt force injuries.
 
Meanwhile, CHP San Diego investigates the crash.
