Charles Clay Seriously Injured in 103rd Street Accident [Lubbock, TX]

Lubbock, TX (October 29, 2024) – Charles Clay was injured in a 103rd Street accident Sunday evening.

It was about 9:37 p.m. when the traffic accident happened at the intersection with Indiana Avenue.

Troopers said a passenger car driven by 24-year-old Juan Vallin was northbound at the 10200 block of Indiana Avenue.

At the same time, Charles Clay was riding a northbound bicycle on the same road.

LPD officers said Vallin’s vehicle collided with Clay’s bicycle.

Immediately, responders took Clay to the University Medical Center with serious injuries.
