Chandler Pentrack Killed in Fountain Valley Accident Involving Several Vehicles

 
Fountain Valley, CA (June 26, 2020) – On Tuesday, a pedestrian identified as Chandler Pentrack died after being struck by several vehicles on Warner Avenue.
 
The accident happened at about 11:04 p.m on east of Brookhurst Street.
 
Authorities found an unresponsive male victim in the westbound lanes. Immediately, medics rushed him to a hospital, but he was later pronounced dead.
 
Orange County coroner’s officials later identified the victim as 19-year-old Chandler Pentrack, of Virginia.
 
Moreover, a blue Acura RDX and a gray BMW X3 were involved in the crash. The drivers cooperated with the authorities.
 
Meanwhile, preliminary investigation suggests that other vehicles may have also been involved in the crash.
