Celeste Turner and Alexi Murilloas Die in Wasco Crash on Highway 46

 
WASCO, CA (November 10, 2020) – Monday morning, Celeste Turner, 20, and Alexi Murilloas, 46, died in an accident on Highway 46 and Beech Avenue near Wasco.
 
The head-on crash between a Honda and a BMW occurred at about 4:38 a.m. It happened on Highway 46, west of Beech Avenue.
 
According to reports, the Honda driver, Mr. Murilloas of Wasco, succumbed to his injuries after being airlifted to Kern Medical Hospital.
 
The Kern County Coroner’s office identified the second fatality of this crash as 20-year-old Celeste Turner of Delano.
 
Moreover, the authorities shut down Highway 46 in both directions. Thus, they rerouted the traffic for almost three hours.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t confirmed whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the deadly accident.
