Woman Loses Life Following Artesia Boulevard Vehicle Crash
Redondo Beach, CA (September 20, 2023) – On Monday evening, 48-year-old Cassandra Basgall of Torrance was killed in a DUI crash on Rindge Lane.
Sadly, Basgall succumbed to her injuries at the crash scene in the area of Artesia Boulevard while the other driver was transported to a hospital and accused of driving while impaired.
The authorities did not provide update on the other motorist’s current medical condition as the department’s Traffic Unit is still investigating the collision. Though, officers said the driver could be facing charges of felony vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated sometime this week.
