Carolina Cervantez-Solis, Another Injured in Las Vegas Car Accident
LAS VEGAS, NV (July 1, 2019) – A woman sustained critical injuries due to alleged impairment on Jones Boulevard on June 29.
Around 4:35 a.m., two vehicles crashed on South Jones Boulevard, just north of West Tropicana Avenue. According to reports, a 2013 Buick Verano stopped for a red light at an intersection. After that, a 2017 Honda Civic hit the back of the Buick.
25-year-old Carolina Cervantez-Solis maneuvered her Honda and slid into the intersection, where she sustained injuries. As a result, responders transported her with life-threatening injuries.
According to the police, Cervantez-Solis showed signs of impairment. However, the 30-year-old male Buick driver sustained injuries.
Authorities did not arrest Cervantez-Solis at the hospital by Saturday afternoon. In addition, she stayed in critical condition. However, it is unknown if police will arrest her.
